Process in detail
1.1 As the source air to be compressed by air compressor, it will flow into the air storage tank, the most of oil, water and dust will be drained out from the bottom of the tank, the less impurity will flow into the purification system with the compressed air.
1.2 The purification system includes frozen dryer and three stages of filter, after the purification the impurity elements such as water, oil and dust will be removed deeply, the compressed air dew point reach 2~10℃, oil content is 0.001PPm, the dust can reach 0.01μm, till now the compressed air is qualified for PSA nitrogen generator.
1.3 After purification of the compressed air, it will enter into the nitrogen generator, through the valves’ control and PLC’s working, plus the theory “pressure swing adsorption”, the N2 and O2 will be separated physically, and the N2 will be collected by the nitrogen storage tank which is at the rear of nitrogen generator, the O2 will be drained out from the silencer.
